Model Z Adjustable Bed Base Twin Long - South Bay International SBKDZ-TL

This Zero-Clearance adjustable base is engineered to sit on top of a bedframe with a solid continuous surface. Equipped with multiple features you can have personalized comfort without having to sacrifice your existing furniture. ADJUSTABLE BASE FEATURES:

  • Back-up battery power box included
  • Dual massage at the head and/or foot with 3 intensity levels
  • Foot Retainer Bar and non-skid fabric to keep the mattress in place
  • Sync Cables allow for functionality on independent sides, companion side or both sides; required for synchronized movements with solid King and Cal King mattresses
  • Four USB charging ports. Eight for Split King and Split Cal King Sets
  • Upholstered in a dark contemporary fabric
  • WiFi Adapter compatible; controls the base in multiple ways: A remote control app and/or by voice command using Amazon Alexa or Google Home. WiFi adapter and smart devices are sold separately and are required for voice command functionality.

  • Verify with the bedframe manufacture if the bedframe is compatible and can support the combined weight of the mattress(es), consumer(s) and Model Z Adjustable Bed Base(s).
  • Verify if the bedframe is suitable to hold the Model Z Adjustable Bed Base adjustable base securely; ensure the base will not shift or fall off the bedframe.
  • Ensure the bedframe has a center support rail with supportive feet and Slats with no more than 4” gaps between each slat and/or a solid flat surface. Ensure the bedframe has support on all 4 corners.

    Shipping Method – Ground (smaller items)

    Standard shipping method is ground shipping with FedEx or UPS. Delivery signature is not required for ground shipments. The carrier will leave the package in the normal delivery place for your address. You may go to FedEx or UPS website to track your shipment. Occasionally, your package may not be delivered due to weather conditions or a concern for the package safety. This decision is made by the carrier. Very small items may ship USPS.

     

    If you are purchasing multiple items from different manufacturers, your order will ship from different warehouses and may ship on different dates. We will email you all the tracking associated with your shipment once the item ships from the warehouse. If your order contains multiple ground shipments, then they may ship with a Freight carrier based on the number of items and weight.

     

    Shipping Method – Freight

    Standard shipping method for large / heavy items is with a freight carrier. Delivery signature IS required for freight shipments and you will need to be present during your delivery time window. For residential deliveries, the freight carrier will contact you to schedule delivery date. You may go to the freight carrier’s website to track your shipment.

    Freight shipments are curbside delivery.

     

    Upon delivery, if you notice any damage to the box/item you MUST note this on the delivery receipt.
