Stephen Wilkins
President/CEO
Mr. Wilkins has been with Bladez since May of 2002. Steve brings to Bladez
over 25 years of financial and operational management experience in publicly
owned and privately owned company’s ranging from early stage start-up
to multi-divisional international operations. Prior to joining Bladez Steve
was Chief Financial Officer for Cardiogenesis Corporation (NASDAQ: CGCP), Senior
Vice President of Finance for Tickets.com (NASDAQ:TIXX) and First Vice President
and Chief Accounting Officer for Coldwell Banker Corporation Mr. Wilkins is
a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida and holds a Bachelor of
Science in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida.
Lenny Vainberg
Vice President
Mr. Vainberg has been with Bladez since its inception and brings forth a diverse
background in sales / marketing, technology and product development. Mr. Vainberg
has contributed extensively to the development of the Bladez brand name and
product line. Working with an inside sales staff and nationwide network of independent
sales representatives, he has managed sales to all retail customers, including
Clubs, Big Box, Full Line SG chains, Specialty Retailers and Dealers.
Prior to joining Bladez, he was Director of Business Development and Sales
for ZMarket, Inc, a software company specializing in developing EDI to WEB translation
tools for that allows Consumer Products distributors and manufacturers to improve
data exchange with their retail customers. As a member of ZMarket’s founding
management team, Mr. Vainberg secured key customers including Monster Cable,
MARTA Buying Group, Toshiba, and Maratz growing transaction volume from zero
to over $10 million annually.
Mr. Vainberg holds a BS in Finance and Marketing from Arizona State University.
