Summit Commercial's line offers the industry's best value on fully assembled dipping cabinets, with European ice cream freezers equipped with durable sneezeguards for convenient serving. Made for us by Elcold in Denmark, the NOVA22PDC is a 30" wide flat top ice cream freezer with a clear polycarbonate sneezeguard installed on top. Two tempered glass lids on ball-bearing glides open and close smoothly to save your staff time and ensure ice cream isn't overexposed to warmer air temperature. We include a removable keyed lock to allow users the option of securing their goods. The white cabinet suits any setting, while the gray lid trim offers an added touch of clean style. Casters are included for optional installation. The digital thermostat is externally located for easy temperature management, with a wide range from -13 to 23ºF to accommodate a variety of desserts. We pre-set the unit to -4ºF. Inside, the NOVA22PDC features a steel interior in a clean white finish designed for lasting durability in busy commercial settings. We include 2 wire tub holder baskets with plastic lids to hold 4 11" round/3 gallon ice cream tubs, with room to store an additional 2 under the baskets. This unit utilizes a manual defrost cooling system with environmentally friendly R290a cooling agent and extra thick insulation to ensure added reliability. A drain is included for easy defrosting. The NOVA22PDC is UL-S listed to NSF-7 commercial standards and ships fully assembled for easy use. Additional sizes are available. Note: Gelato pan holders are also available. Shipping Method – Ground (smaller items)
Standard shipping method is ground shipping with FedEx or UPS. Delivery signature is not required for ground shipments. The carrier will leave the package in the normal delivery place for your address. You may go to FedEx or UPS website to track your shipment. Occasionally, your package may not be delivered due to weather conditions or a concern for the package safety. This decision is made by the carrier. Very small items may ship USPS.
If you are purchasing multiple items from different manufacturers, your order will ship from different warehouses and may ship on different dates. We will email you all the tracking associated with your shipment once the item ships from the warehouse. If your order contains multiple ground shipments, then they may ship with a Freight carrier based on the number of items and weight.
Shipping Method – Freight
Standard shipping method for large / heavy items is with a freight carrier. Delivery signature IS required for freight shipments and you will need to be present during your delivery time window. For residential deliveries, the freight carrier will contact you to schedule delivery date. You may go to the freight carrier’s website to track your shipment.

Freight shipments are curbside delivery.
Upon delivery, if you notice any damage to the box/item you MUST note this on the delivery receipt.
