Where do you ship?

We ship to the 48 contiguous US states. International orders and shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada as well as APO, FPO or P.O. Boxes are not available.

What is your email reply time?

We usually reply to emails within a couple of hours during regular business hours. All e-mails will be returned within one business day at the most.

Who handles customer service?

We do our best to carry quality brands and deliver your new furniture in perfect condition. In the event that you need service on your new furniture, both the manufacturer and/or Totally Furniture can help you. Your furniture will arrive with instructions manual as well as the manufacturer’s phone number to be contacted regarding assembly or replacement parts needed. How do I place my order?

Ordering with Totally Furniture could not be easier. You can do so by choosing from one of the options below:

Online orders:
To place you order online, simply click the "Add to Cart" button, next to the item/s you wish to order and follow the options provided in the checkout menu. You can click the "keep shopping" link to browse for additional items or the "checkout" button to finalize your sale at any time. Please feel confident and safe when you place your order, we have taken every precaution to protect your sensitive data sent over the Internet. For more on this visit our

Phone Orders:
Call us toll free at 1(866)847-4580 during our business hours, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm Pacific Standard Time. Our sales representatives will be more than happy to assist you.

Fax Orders:
Please fax your order to (818)301-2001 and be sure to include: item/s name and number, quantity, your shipping and billing address, day time phone number, credit card number and expiration date as well as your signature. Ensure the shipping cost is included in your grand total. Please click here to reach our ready Fax / Mail Form.

Print:
Add your item/s of choice to the shopping cart and click "checkout". Fill the required shipping information and click "Continue". You will see the grand total with shipping cost. If you are eligible for any saving discounts, this will be the page to apply the coupon (see our promotions page). Copy and paste the correct coupon to the designated field and click "Apply". This will calculate your savings and update your grand total. Now that you have completed entering your order information, you are ready to print, review and fax your order.

Hand write:
In case you do not have a printer available at the time, simply hand write your entire order in clear hand writing and fax it (Be sure to include all details necessary, indicated above, to process your order).

Snail Mail orders:
If you prefer to mail your order, follow the steps in Print option shown above and make sure the ship to address and phone number are clear. Please be sure to sign the order form, include a day time phone number, credit card number and expiration date. If you prefer to pay by check, money order or cashiers check, make check payable to Totally Furniture Inc., attach it to your order form and mail it to:

What forms of payment can I use? Totally Furniture accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Pay Pal, checks, money orders and cashiers checks are accepted as well. All checks must clear before merchandise is shipped, returned checks will result in a $25 charge (make check payable to Totally Furniture Inc.). Sorry we do not accept COD orders. Will I be charged tax?

There is no sales tax collected on any order shipped and billed outside of California. Sales tax for orders shipped or billed to California will be added to your sub-total before shipping.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged within 72 hours from the time you place your order. This policy applies to back orders as well as we need to protect ourselves against fraudulent orders.

What is your shipping charge?

To calculate shipping, add the items you wish to order to your cart and select "checkout". Next, enter your shipping address information in full and select "continue", the shipping cost will show before payment information is entered. Shipping is calculated for ground service to the 48 contiguous US states only.

How will you ship my furniture?

Totally Furniture is constantly evaluating shipping methods and options to provide our clients with the best and most economical means of delivery. We ship via UPS/ Federal Express ground/ air service or by Motor Freight (Truck) as applicable.

UPS or FedEx Shipments:
If applicable, your order will ship via UPS/FedEx (depending on item size and weight). Usually doorstep service is available. Keep in mind, UPS/FedEx will not notify you prior to delivery. If you choose to select a more rapid method such as Third, Second or Next Day Air to guarantee delivery, an extra charge will be added to your total with your approval. We recommend our clients to shop early to avoid unnecessary extra cost.

Truck Shipments:
All items that exceed UPS or FedEx shipping requirement will ship by truck via common freight carrier. Common freight carrier delivery is done by a trucking company contracted by our vendors. They usually call one day in advance to schedule a delivery so be sure to provide us with a valid working number to avoid unnecessary fees by the shippers. The service is a "tailgate delivery" which means the driver is not obligated to unload or carry furniture inside your residence or business. However, more often than not, the driver will bring your order to your doorstep.

Assistance to the carrier personnel might be necessary especially, when the item you ordered is heavy/ bulky. In which case, the driver will move your order to the back of the truck and you will need someone to assist you unload and bring the furniture into your business or residence.

Deliveries are to ground floors only. A signature is required at the time of delivery. Deliveries of all shipping methods are Monday through Friday excluding national holidays, Saturdays and Sundays.

Do you offer an inside delivery?

*Yes, we offer an inside delivery for additional fee of $55-$120 (for a typical delivery) depending on the item size and weight. Delivery is to the door step either front, side or garage at ground level only. If you wish to add this service to your order, please indicate in the comments box: “Please add inside delivery to my order for additional charge as specified in your info page” so we could ensure the specifications for the freight company.

* Please note, selected items include inside delivery for your convenience as specified in the item page and some in which this service will not be available.

Inside Delivery
Selected items will be delivered via special handling service due to the item weight/size. We have negotiated an in home delivery to ensure a safer delivery on these items. The item will be delivered by one man with a lift-gate (for items over 125 lbs) and include an inside delivery across the threshold only to ground level to either front, side or garage WITHOUT unpacking, set up or debris removal. Items that qualify for this service include the Inside Delivery sign.

Is assembly required on your products?

We carry both fully assembled and ready to assemble items. Products that require assembly are usually quick and easy to put together. You will receive an assembly sheet and will have access to the manufacturers' direct phone number in case you have some questions or feel free to contact us, we will do our best to assist you.

When will my furniture arrive?

Most of our furniture will ship in 2-4 days. Delivery can typically be expected in 1-3 weeks from date you have placed the order. If there are any major changes in the delivery schedule, we will notify you immediately. Please remember that these delivery time frames are estimated. Manufacturer processing and delivery will vary and we do not guarantee the amount of time it will require each respective manufacturer to produce your order and thus complete your shipment. Orders can be subject to delay due to unanticipated consumer demand, shortfalls in manufacturer supply availability, and batch scheduling.
As soon as you receive the tracking details via email, you can also track your package online in order to obtain estimate arrival date.

What is your warranty/guarantee policy?

All our products are covered under their manufacturer's warranty. We carry high quality furniture and seldom require the use of the manufacturer's warranty. You are welcomed to contact us regarding any questions concerning warranty/guarantee policy before or after your purchase through our company.
Warranties vary from 1-10 years depending on the manufacturer.

What is your cancellation and return policy?

Cancellation Policy:
Once we receive confirmation from the manufacturer that your order is approved, we won’t be able to cancel your order. If we are able to cancel your order before it is produced and/or shipped, no charge will be applied for the cancellation. If the product has been shipped, you will be responsible for all inbound and outbound shipping charges, plus a 15% restocking fee. These charges will be deducted from your refund. Cancellations or returns must be authorized in advance. Please email us at CustomerService@totallyfurniture.com and a representative will assess the situation and if possible, issue a return authorization.

Return Policy:
Your satisfaction is important to us, if you wish to return or exchange an item you may do so within 15 days from the date the item was delivered. You will be responsible for round trip freight and a 15% restocking fee will be applied to your refund once the manufacturer receives the returned merchandise.

All returned merchandise must be in original condition, unassembled and must include all original packaging materials and accessories. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for assembled merchandise. You will need to ship your product to the specified manufacturer address to be provided; prepaid and insured by the manner in which you received it. Please call or email us to obtain return authorization along with proper return address information. Items will not be authorized for return after 15 days from the delivery date. Special order products such as items with pre-selected fabrics/finishes are non refundable.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Our manufacturers provide us with the best and most secure packaging available. Yet, we advise all our shoppers to first inspect the merchandise and only then sign the delivery form. In the rare even that your shipment arrives damaged, please be sure to note it on the carrier paperwork and contact us immediately with the part number or letter as indicated on the furniture booklet so we could issue a rush replacement. If the package is clearly damaged, please refuse the shipment and note on the delivery paperwork “refused due to damage”. Contact our office and we will process a replacement item/part to be rushed out. If the product sustained much damage and the delivery personnel have already left the premises, quickly contact UPS, FedEx or the local office of the freight company and request the carrier to return the merchandise to the shipper (address indicated on the package).

You are required to inspect your order and ensure all parts are present and arrived in good condition BEFORE you dispose the boxes and packing materials. In the event you need to return product(s) due to damage, the item(s) MUST be in the original packaging and at the original delivery location in order to set up a pick up. If boxes were cut and ripped while opening, you are required to tape it back up before the the pick up is scheduled. Please DO NOT ship the package yourself as it will delay your reorder or credit. In any case, please inform us immediately via e-mail or phone, so we could take the quickest route to resolve the situation. Your satisfaction is important to us - we will do our best to ensure your full satisfaction.

Will my furniture look the same as seen on your site?

We do our best to provide high resolution images of the products we carry to help you make an informed decision. However keep in mind that colors may vary due to monitor model and setting, individual perceptions, video card type and printer colors variation.

Do you have a catalog?

Due to frequent changes in our online store we are unable to create a catalog. Please try to use our online catalog and if you have any questions, feel free to contact us via email or phone.
